How can I get started using the app?

Once you download GoToll, first read through the onboarding screens, then follow the registration prompts. You will need to have your licence plate number and a credit card to get started.

While many jurisdictions suggest avoiding other types of travel, driving in your own car is still the safest choice for essential trips. Since many local tolls do not accept cash at this time due to an abundance of caution, it’s best for drivers to have a contactless way to pay.

Most tolls are outfitted with electronic tag readers that receive signals from toll passes. But if you don’t have a toll pass and need to travel along toll roads and bridges, GoToll is a touch-free way to pay that is compatible with tolls at the locations listed below.

How does the app work?

GoToll works by detecting your phone’s location and your vehicle’s license plate when entering and exiting a toll road. Following your trip, we’ll send you a notification within a few days confirming your trip cost. For some roads, trips can take up to a week or two to come through.

As long as your license plate and payment method are registered and your account is in good standing (not blocked), you’re good to use GoToll.
